For an enquiry about IVD, diagnostic or laboratory reagents, the following information helps our team understand the shipment.

1. Product properties

Know exactly what the product is: classification, stability data, and whether it involves dry ice, batteries or other regulated components. This decides what airlines and routes are even available.

2. Temperature band

Ambient, 2–8°C, 15–25°C, frozen and dry ice are different operations, not one checkbox. The band drives packaging, coolant quantity, and how much transit time the shipment can tolerate.

3. Packaging

Insulated shipper, coolant type and quantity, and data logger placement are chosen against the temperature band and the worst-case transit time — not the scheduled one.

4. Documents

MSDS, product information and destination-specific paperwork should be complete before pickup, not chased at the airport.

Share the available product information with our medical logistics team. Tell us the product and the destination — we will tell you what the movement requires.
